Meet our real estate litigation valuation expert

Randall L. Rex, MAI, has been active in commercial real estate since 1981, with experience in litigation-related valuation and dispute advisory. He has been retained by both plaintiff and defense counsel in matters involving condemnation, regulatory takings, construction defects, deficiency valuations, and partnership disputes. His testimony experience includes appearances in U.S. Federal Court, Bankruptcy Court, and various state courts. He has also served as a court-appointed receiver in Florida, overseeing a range of property types.
