Cabrillo, a leading provider of M&A advisory services to middle market buy-side and sell-side clients in the United States across a spectrum of industries, won the award for its role as the sole financial advisor to ESRG Technology Group, LLC (ESRG) in its sale to Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) Marine Division.
The acquisition includes ESRG’s comprehensive software suite for the remote monitoring and diagnostics of more than 65 on-board systems, as well as the expertise to provide meaningful recommendations to ship owners to help increase efficiency, reduce vessel downtime and assist shipyards in reducing warranty expenses.
