Dean applies over 20 years of valuation and transaction advisory experience to advise public and private companies on valuation, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, corporate tax planning, estate and gift tax and restructuring, portfolio valuation, employee stock ownership plans and litigation.
Prior to joining Cabrillo, Dean held senior management positions at FMV Opinions and Houlihan Lokey. He began his career as a manager in the Corporate Finance and Transaction Advisory Services groups of Ernst & Young and Deloitte.
Dean received his M.B.A. and his B.A. in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business.
